Since 1992 all of his muscle building methods involve using objective measurements of the intensity of each exercise and closely tracking performance to reveal progress, plateaus, and regression during training.
To ensure progressive overload, no two workouts are ever exactly alike and the time taken for recovery is always being adjusted to accommodate the changing intensity and overall workload performed in the gym.
